How does my subscription work
and when will my credit card/ bank account be billed each month?

There are 2 ways for monthly billing:

INCASSO- Preferred method for customers with a
Dutch account. Automatic
Recurring Payment service having the charges for your Monthly Kit
automatically deducted from your bank account each month. If you are a new
subscriber, you will sign up and pre-pay immediately advanced shipping
costs. If you subscribe close to the 19th of the month please choose the
option "First Kit".
Once you become a subscriber,
you will get by post a form to fill out (by hand) for agreement to be billed
automatically each month, send it back immediately (envelope and stamp included)
Then your account will be billed between the 13th and the 15th of each month.

PAY PAL
- If you are a new subscriber, you will sign
up and pre-pay immediately advanced shipping costs.
Once you become a subscriber,
next 14th of the month you will be sent an e-mail with a link in it that will
use to pay for your first month's kit and then start your auto bill payments.
Then your pay pal account will be billed between the 13th and the 15th of each
month.
Adding products to your monthly shipment:
For Dutch Residents, you may add extra items into your cart to be
delivered with your kit, (the shipping costs that you have already paid for
advance shipping will be automatically deducted) and you will therefore not pay
an additional postage costs.
For international residents, you also may add extra items into your
shopping cart to be delivered with your kit, (again the cost that you have
already paid for advance shipping will be deducted), however, should the postage
costs exceed the standard shipping rate (due to the weight of the additional
purchases) you will only pay the extra. Any difference in shipping costs due the
weight of entire order will be requested or refunded accordingly.
RENEWALS:
Your subscription is for 6 months after that it will stop. if You wish to
continue you have to sign up again.
All Kit Memberships must pay shipping costs for the entire period in advance.
The following months you will
pay the kit price only,
