The price of shipping depends on what you order. If the order fits through the mailbox then you pay € 3,50. If there is one product that does not fit through the mailbox then it must be sent like a package and the price is € 6.00. The standard paper size is 12x12" (30.5x30.5 cm. ) and it does not fit through the mailbox.

All payments must be done in advance, and it can be via paypal or wire transfer.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are normally processed 5 days a week and shipped Mon-Fri.
We try to proceed and deliver orders in the shortest period of time, this depends on the traffic we are receiving; but orders are usually shipped anywhere from 24-72 hours, after payment.

I created an account, am I a scrap-club member?

To proceed with check-out all customers must create an account. When you create an account you become a registered user, and not a member.
