1.- Kits

There are 2 kinds of Kits, the Main Kit and the Maxi Kit.

The Main Kit comes in 2 versions, Deluxe and Standard.

·         The Deluxe Kit usually comes with 9 different patterned papers, 4 coordinating cardstock and several embellishments including mostly alphabets, ribbon, stickers, rub-ons, chipboard, brads etc; this varies from Kit to Kit and it’s a big value.

·         The Standard Kit follows the same theme as the Deluxe Kit but in a more economical way, this usually comes with 6 different patterned papers, 3 coordinating cardstock, and alphabet, and embellishments to match the theme.

The Maxi Kit is a brand new Kit and comes with 12 patterned papers and embellishments including mostly alphabets, ribbon, stickers, rub-ons, chipboard, brads etc, this varies from Kit to Kit.

The difference between the Deluxe Kit and the Maxi Kit is that the Maxi Kit comes with more patterned papers but would not include cardstock, the embellishments are also a big value but will always be less than the Deluxe Kit. The Maxi Kit is available every other month in comparison with the Main Kit which is available every month.

2.- Shipping costs

Scrap-Club is located in the Netherlands and shipping costs are based on our local post service (TNT).

·         Shipping within the Netherlands is €7,20 pakket post any kind of Kit.

·         Shipping to the rest of Europe (Spain, Germany, France, Austria, Greece, Belgium etc) shipping Priority 6-8 working days.

The Standard Main Kit is €7.30

The Deluxe and Maxi Kits are €13.75

3.- How do I sign up for a Membership and how does it work?

You can sign up for a Membership HERE. Choose the desired membership and carefully read all the explanation provided for each kind of membership.

All Kit Memberships must be paid in advance for shipping costs for the entire period, the following months you only pay the Kit price.

Your membership will begin with the current month’s kit, unless we are sold out. Then your membership will begin with the following month’s kit.

4.- What payment methods does Scrap-Club accept?

There are 2 ways for monthly billing:

INCASSO- Preferred method for customers with a Dutch account. Automatic Recurring Payment service having the charges for your Monthly Kit automatically deducted from your bank account each month. If you are a new subscriber, you will sign up and pre-pay immediately advanced shipping costs. If you subscribe close to the 19th of the month please choose the option "First Kit".

Once you become a subscriber, you will get by post a form to fill out (by hand) for agreement to be billed automatically each month, send it back immediately (envelope and stamp included) Then your account will be billed between the 9^th and the 12^th of each month.

PAY PAL - If you are a new subscriber, you will sign up and pre-pay immediately advanced shipping costs.

Once you become a subscriber, next 18^th of the month you will be sent an e-mail with a link in it that will use to pay for your first month's kit and then start your auto bill payments. Then your pay pal account will be billed between the 13^th and the 15^th of each month.

Important: When you sign up between the 12^th and the 18^th please choose the option “Include first Kit”, then your first Kit price will be added to the “in advance” shipping costs invoice. When this happens then you won’t start the pay pal auto billing until the 18^th of your 2^nd month.

5.- When are kits shipped out?

The Kits are available every 19^th of the month and due to the high volume of kits we ship, we need a few days to pack and ship kits. Kits will ship between 20^th -23^th of every month.

6.- When can I see how the next Kit will look like?

After the 9^th of each month it’s possible that we send a newsletter to show sneaks. Sneaks and other important updates are to follow in our blog, and facebook, please be sure to follow us to keep updates.

7.- How do I renew my subscription?

Your subscription is for 6 months after that it will stop. If you wish to continue you can reserve right away your spot HERE. If you renew after the 10^th then you can sign up again HERE.

8.- Can I skip Kits?

Unfortunately not, kits on a subscription plan may not be skipped.
